BUSY TORNADO YEAR

The National Weather Service says 15 tornadoes have touched down in Wisconsin so far this year.The first one touched down in Green Lake County on April 30. The most recent one hit Racine on Sunday.
No one has died in any of them, although 15 people were injured when a twister swept through the Eagle area on June 21. The NWS says the tornadoes have caused at least $21 million in damage.
Wisconsin Emergency Management officials say the state averages about 21 tornados each year.
