RAW MILK LOOPHOLE BEFORE COURT
Monday, June 14th, 2010 -- 11:35 AM
Wisconsin dairy farmers who would like to sell raw milk to consumers believe state law may have a big loophole.Grassway Organic Farm in Calumet County will go before a judge Tuesday alleging their customers are also part-owners of their farm; therefore the state can't stop them from selling milk to customers.
Experts say the judge's decision could provide a loophole for the sale of raw milk that will be copied all over the state.
