RUMORS FALSE. NO ARREST IN KOULA HOMICIDES

Still no arrests in the murders of a La Crosse area couple with ties to Neillsville.The bodies of Dennis and Merna Koula were found inside their town of Barre home on May 24. Authorities have refused to say how they were killed.
According to the La Crosse Tribune, there were rumors that a family member was arrested in connection with the homicides, but authorities yesterday said those rumors were not true.
