1,300 Soldiers deployed with the 32nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team were to return home to Wisconsin Monday.The 132nd Brigade Support Battalion based in Janesville, Baraboo and Madison were
expected to fly in to Volk Field at around 6 a.m.
The final flight was expected at around 11 a.m. It includes soldiers from the 132nd Brigade Support Battalion, and the 1st Battalion, 120th Field Artillery based in Wisconsin, Marshfield and Stevens Point.
One additional flight is scheduled later in the week with about 20 Soldiers from the 32nd Infantry Brigade Headquarters who have spent the final days of their tour coordinating all the flights for returning Soldiers.
The brigade's Soldiers operated around the clock, most of them working at least 12 hours a day ? day after day, week after week, for eight full months in Iraq.
