RASH OF HOME FIRES LEAVES RED CROSS SHORT OF CASH

A rash of home fires has left the local chapter of the American Red Cross in need of help.Pattie Kelnhofer of the Marshfield chapter of the American Red Cross says six Clark County families lost their homes in December. Volunteers and staff came to their aid, but it?s left their disaster relief fund critically low.
Kelnhofer is requesting monetary donations. She says the funds are used to proved up to five days of shelter, food, clothing and basic supplies to victims of home fires.
