A Medford man is accused of secretly videotaping an underage girl in Clark County, but that charge could just be the tip of the iceberg.Jason Hommrich, 48, formerly of Dorchester, is charged with ?making a visual representation of nudity? ? a Class I Felony with a maximum penalty of $10,000 in fines and 3 1/2 years in jail.
According to the criminal complaint, Hommrich allegedly videotaped a 12-year-old girl in the shower. The complaint also alleges Hommrich forced his daughter?s friends to play ?truth or dare,? and expose their breasts during the game. One of the girls told authorities the man showed her knives and swords and threatened to kill her sister if she didn?t cooperate.
The investigation also turned up a laptop with child pornography, prompting five felony charges in Medford.
During an interview with authorities, Hommrich floats several explanations including sleepwalking.
The case remains under investigation, and prosecutors say more charges could be forthcoming.
