A former Marshfield Clinic doctor could lose his license for sexually touching sedated patients.Kevin Lang, 47, is now faced with a formal complaint alleging he inappropriately touched patients when he worked for the Clinic from 2002 to March of this year.
The Department of Regulation and Licensing's Division of Enforcement issued the complaint to an administrative law judge. If found guilty, Lang could have his license suspended for an undetermined amount of time.
A petition has also been filed that would prevent Lang from practicing medicine until the case concludes.
The Marshfield Police department is also investigating the complaints of seven female patients that could lead to criminal charges.
