Clark County has a new Emergency Management Director.Michelle Hartness replaces Jennifer Lord Kouraichi, who left to pursue a job in Madison.
Hartness has been the Director of 2-1-1 and a Community Services Liaison for the Untied Way of Inner Wisconsin.
She also has 8 years of experience in disaster response, fifteen years working in or with federal, state, county or municipal organizations and is trained in the federally mandated Incident Command System.
