HOME SALES, PRICES UP IN CLARK CO.

Wisconsin home sales and median prices both fell in the 2nd quarter of 2009, but the news is better here in Clark County.Statewide, home sales were down 10.5%. That was worse than the Midwest average of 5.3% and the nationwide average of 2.9%.
Meanwhile, median home prices plummeted 10% compared to last year to $146,000 in the second quarter of 2009.
But, Clark County saw its median home price jump 16% to $100,000 from $86,400 last year. And home sales are up 30%.
