2009 CCF - DEMO DERBY

One of the biggest events during the Fair is the Neillsville Men?s Club Demolition Derby on Sunday afternoon.Dusty Kreitlow with the Men?s Club says the Grandstand show is a bit hit, but takes a lot of work?
"There's about 100 people in our organization, and it takes just about everyone of us to run it," he says, "On a Sunday, there will be about 40 people down in the infield, plus the people working in the beer stand."
"It takes quite a few of us to keep this event going."
The classes have been changed for this year?s show.
"We went to the chain-only, full-size, 1980 and newer class," he explains. The prize money has been increased to $1,200.
The also have a mini class, truck class and the powder puff division.
The Demo Derby will be Sunday at 1 p.m. in front of the Grandstand.
