SMALL PLANE CRASHES IN JACKSON COUNTY

A federal aviation official says a small plane has crashed in Jackson County, possibly injuring one person. A spokeswoman for the FAA said today that according to preliminary information, the private Cessna 172 hit a house while attempting to land near Black River Falls. 3 people were on board. No injuries on the ground. FAA records show the plane is registered to the Rangers Flying Club in Eden Prairie, MN.Feel free to contact us with questions and/or comments.
