MORE LAYOFFS AT WICKS

More layoffs at a major area employer.Wick Building Systems has filed notice of further layoffs at its facility in Marshfield. Wick plans to eliminate 37 positions on or about September 8.
DWD's regional partner, the North Central Wisconsin Workforce Development Board, will arrange a rapid response meeting and provide services to the affected workers, as it has since an earlier notice affecting 71 workers.
