A former Eau Claire County prosecutor finds himself on the other side of the law.Paul Kelly, 69, served as District Attorney in the late 1960s.
On Thursday, jury convicted him of 35 felony counts of identity theft and forgery after he falsely said he had power of attorney for his 33-year-old daughter.
Kelly could also be tried on accusations he had someone pose as his grandson in order to acquire loans between 2002 and 2006.
