One person died in a car vs. tree accident in the Town of Port Edwards Thursday night.

The victim?s name is not being released.

Authorities say the driver hit some gravel on CTH G, left the roadway and entered the ditch. The vehicle collided head-on with a tree.

The accident happened just before 11 p.m. last night. No other information is being released.
