Neillsville Police Department Releases Sex Offender Information
Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026 -- 2:01 PM

The Neillsville Police Department is releasing the following information pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes 301.46(2m), which authorizes law enforcement agencies to inform the public of a sex offender’s release when, in the agency's discretion, releasing the information will enhance public safety, awareness, and protection.
He is not wanted by law enforcement at this time. This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather, we believe an informed public is a safer public. Brandon L. Lippert is a registered sex offender. As of October 30, 2026, his address is 13 Grand Avenue in Neillsville.
This information is provided to ensure the public is aware of Lippert’s residence in the community. Lippert is to comply with the standard sex offender rules and requirements and is a lifetime registrant of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry. If you have questions, please contact Chief Jim Mankowski at 715-743-312.
Sex offenders have always lived in our communities, but it was not until the Sex Offender Registration and Community Notification Law was enacted that law enforcement agencies were able to share this information with the community.
Citizens who abuse this information by threatening, intimidating, or harassing registered sex offenders will not be tolerated.
