Thorp Author Discusses Writing Process, New Book, and Upcoming Visit to the Neillsville Public Library

Monday, October 26th, 2026 -- 3:01 PM

The Neillsville Public Library is holding a “Meet the Author” event on November 2nd from 6pm-8pm.

I had the opportunity to speak with local Thorp Author Barb Thidemann, who writes under the pen name B.E. Thidemann thanks to a nickname her father had given her, and we discussed her background, writing ideas, and more.

Listen to the interview with Barb here!

Again, the event is being held at the Neillsville Public Library on November 2nd from 6pm-8pm. If you’d like to learn more about Barb, you can check her Instagram account @author_b.e.thidemann and also a website bethidemann.com.
