JACKSON CO. MAN FACES CHILD PORN CHARGES

A Jackson County man is charged with having child pornography on his computer.

36-year-old Luke Gilbert of Melrose faces child porn charges after a joint investigation by the State Department of Justice and the Jackson County Sheriff's Department.

Prosecutors say Gilbert had been downloading child porn images for the past five years.
