Trinity Lutheran Church and School, on Highway 80 in Marshfield, is holding a Fall Festival this Friday, October 23rd from 4:30pm-7pm.
I spoke with Ella Eisenmann with the church and she discussed the event in more detail.
Listen to the interview with Ella here!
Again, the public is welcome and it’s free admission. A rain date of October 24th from 4:30pm-7pm is set if needed.

Ella: "Yeah, so we have a trunk or treat, that's about 20 or a little bit more than 20 cars. So, we're happy with that turnout. The kids will get to walk around and get candy from a themed car."
"And then we have some hay bale climbing for a little bit older kids. It's not quite a maze. It's not quite tall or anything like that. But kids love to climb. We have some other little activities."
"So, I'm trying to get all ages in there. My daughter is about one and a half, so I try to get things down even to that young. So, we have a couple things like a baby pool full of corn and a table for play-doh."
"We have some throwing games, some apple bobbing games, not with your mouth, but apple bobbing games, things like that. And then our youth group is managing the hot chocolate booth, so all those things are I think will be fun for pretty much everybody. Tried to get all ages in there."
Riley: "And costumes are welcome, correct?"
Ella: "Absolutely. Yeah. And we tried to keep them not too scary. There shouldn't be anything too crazy. Just, mostly just fun. Yep, and costumes are absolutely welcome."
Riley: "And we should mention there's no charges for this event, correct? It's free admission?"
Ella: "Yep, and nothing at the event is charged. So, even the hot chocolate is free. Everything is just for people to enjoy. So, we hope people will come out and enjoy it."
