The ex-girlfriend of a State Representative pleaded not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect to charges she broke into his home.Lisa Brabazon has been charged with criminal trespass and criminal damage to property, both misdemeanors, after she allegedly broke into Rep. Scott Suder?s home in September 2007.
According to court documents, Suder kicked Brabazon out of his Abbotsford home after finding she had used his credit cards and checking accounts without permission.
The charges claim Brabazon broke into the home while Suder was gone. She allegedly broke out a basement window, severely cutting herself on the glass. Police reports indicate there was blood throughout Suder's home.
She is already facing 15 felonies for misusing Suder?s accounts. Those charges were filed in Marathon County, where most of the alleged misuse occurred.
Brabazon, who?s free on a $1,000 signature bond, pleaded not guilty due to mental disease or defect during an initial appearance this morning.
