The Highground Veterans Memorial’s Holiday Lights Return November 3rd

The Holiday Lights return to The Highground, casting their festive glow once again

They’ll be set up November 3rd – March 31st, 2027. The Highground Holiday Lights program offers a special way to celebrate the season while honoring loved ones. Designed to add a touch of magic to the Park during winter, visitors are invited to experience its beauty in a whole new light, even when snow blankets the ground.

While the Park naturally draws more guests in the warmer months, this festive lighting display aims to inspire supporters and travelers to visit and reflect, regardless of the weather. Radiant “Honor Stars” cast a gentle glow across the Plaza each evening, shaping moments of remembrance into light.

Adorned with 25 twinkling LED lights outlining their form, each star includes an 8″x9″ card, a heartfelt tribute to honor or memorialize a cherished loved one or organization. Star sponsorship ($125), bringing five months of reflection and warmth to our community.
