Neillsville Police Sergeant Completes FBI-LEEDA Trilogy Leadership Series

Congratulations to Neillsville Police Sergeant Hunter Imm on recently completing the FBI-LEEDA Trilogy Leadership Series.

The FBI-LEEDA Trilogy consists of three leadership development programs: the Supervisor Leadership Institute, Command Leadership Institute, and Executive Leadership Institute.

Together, these courses provide comprehensive training in supervisory skills, command-level decision-making, organizational leadership, ethics, accountability, and the challenges modern law enforcement agencies face.

The Neillsville Police Department’s command staff is now made up entirely of FBI-LEEDA Trilogy graduates.  This accomplishment reflects the department’s commitment to professional development, strong leadership, and continued improvement in serving the Neillsville community.
