Marshfield Fire & Rescue Department’s August Statistics

The Marshfield Fire & Rescue Department has released their August statistics.

The Department had 48 fire responses. Their busiest day was August 12th with 15 calls, followed by August 9th with 14 calls, and August 4th, 21st, and 29th with 13 calls. Types of fire responses included 28 non-emergency, 20 public service, 9 EMS assists, 6 hazardous situations, 4 fires, and 1 rescue. They also completed 171 fire inspections. 

For EMS responses, they had 253 responses averaging 9.7 calls per day and 301 calls for service. They completed just over 946 hours of training. For concurrent calls, with one ambulance out they had 218 calls, with 2 ambulances out they had 33 calls, and with 3 ambulances out they had 2 calls.
