ATV/UTV Detour on Clark County Trail System in the Town of South Foster

With the camping reservations season ending on Sept 30th, the Clark County Forestry and Parks Department would like to remind campers that off-season camping rates will begin on October 1st through April 30th.
Rates are reduced for the off-season and posted at each campground and online. Self-registration is only accepted. Not all amenities are guaranteed but electricity is on.
ATV/UTV trail detour:
ATV/UTV bridge out notice/detour for a section of Clark Co. ATV/UTV trial system in the town of South Foster: Construction will begin on an ATV/UTV bridge replacement on Sept 11th between intersection 16 and County trunk Hwy I.
ATV/UTV traffic will be detoured on County trunk Hwy I to the north and south. And connect back up to the trail system at Hay Creek Road. Construction is expected to last 3 weeks or less. Please visit the Clark Co. ATV/UTV website for a map.
The Clark County ATV/UTV Trails will be closed for the season beginning November 1, 2026. Clark County trails are subject to periodic closure; for updates on recent closures and/or openings please contact the Forestry and Parks Department at 715-743-5140, or visit the county website at www.clarkcountywi.gov for more information on our trail system.
