One Person Killed in SUV vs Semi Accident in Jackson County

(WEAU Staff, WEAU) One person is dead after a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday, Sept. 8, according to WEAU staff.

According to a press release from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, around 11:45 a.m., the crash involved a semi tractor trailer and an SUV. The crash was located on State Hwy 54 at the entrance to W9040 Stat Hwy 54 in the town of Brockway.

When EMS got to the crash site, the driver of one of the vehicles was found dead. The driver of the other vehicle was not transported for medical treatment or care. The investigation is still ongoing.
