Alma Center Lincoln High School Senior Dies From Injuries Sustained During a Football Game

(Philip Choroser and WEAU Staff, WEAU) An Alma Center Lincoln High School senior has died from an injury suffered during Thursday night’s football game, according to the superintendent of the Alma Center-Humbird-Merrillan School District.

According to Philip Choroser and WEAU staff, Superintendent Drew Semingson identified the student as Adam Massman in a message sent to Lincoln families Saturday. Semingson said Massman was injured during Thursday night’s football game and received medical care from emergency medical personnel who were at the game before he was taken to a hospital.

The district learned Saturday afternoon that Massman had died from the injury, Semingson said. Massman was 17 years old and was expected to begin his senior year this week.
