The Hannah Center Holding Party at the Ranch Fundraiser on September 29th
Friday, August 21st, 2026 -- 8:01 AM

Hannah Center Inc., a nonprofit women's crisis support organization serving central Wisconsin for more than 30 years, invites the community to Party at the Ranch, its 2026 fall fundraiser, on Tuesday, September 29, at Exceptional Occasions Banquet and Conference Center in Spencer.
The evening includes a pig roast pulled pork and chicken dinner, country line dancing with lessons, mechanical bull rides, and live and silent auctions aiming to raise $75,000 to sustain safe housing and support services for women and children facing crisis across the region.
Doors open at 5:30 PM, with dinner served at 6:00 PM and the evening closing at 8:30 PM. Tickets purchased by August 31 are $50 per person; after that date, regular pricing of $60 per person applies through the September 22 purchase deadline.
Tickets are available at https://hannahcenterinc.org/buy-tickets-fall-fundraiser. The night is built to feel like a celebration rather than a ceremony. A family-style pig roast dinner with allergy-friendly and non-pork options kicks things off at 6:00 PM, followed by line dancing lessons for all skill levels, mechanical bull rides, and a live auction.
Western wear is welcome: boots, denim, bolo ties, and hats encouraged. Since 1993, Hannah Center has provided women facing homelessness, domestic abuse, substance recovery, and crisis pregnancy with a safe place to rebuild.
The organization has delivered more than 22,000 safe nights of rest and served more than 987 families through Hannah’s Caring Closet, its free clothing and baby-essentials program.
Today, Hannah Center operates residential shelters in both Marshfield and Wisconsin Rapids, along with Kairos Care, a community outreach program connecting women to recovery and stability services.
Proceeds from Party at the Ranch help meet immediate needs while sustaining long-term care for women and children throughout central Wisconsin. Every seat at the table is an act of support.
Whether guests come to dance, to bid, or simply to share a meal for a cause, the evening is an open invitation to stand with women and children who deserve not just shelter, but a genuine chance at a new beginning.
“There’s something powerful about a whole community pulling on its boots for the same reason. Every ticket, every bid, and every dance out on that floor on September 29 says the same thing, that the women and children who come to us deserve safety, dignity, and a real chance to start again. We’d love to see central Wisconsin there.” -Kim Bousum, Acting Executive Director, Hannah Center Inc.
