Quality Tank Solutions Breaks Ground on Third Manufacturing Facility in Marshfield

Quality Tank Solutions (QTS) recently broke ground on its third manufacturing facility in Marshfield, representing another significant private investment and business expansion in the community.

The new 99,000-square-foot facility, known as the Silo Project, is expected to be completed in early 2027. The expansion will increase QTS's manufacturing capacity and allow the company to produce larger stainless steel vessels while incorporating advanced fabrication technology.

From an economic development perspective, business expansions such as this are important to Marshfield because they bring continued private investment into the community, support employment opportunities, and strengthen the City's manufacturing sector.

The project also supports the City's Tax Increment District. As new taxable value is created within the district, it can generate additional tax increment that helps support the district and the public investments made to encourage economic development and growth.

QTS serves customers in the food, beverage, dairy, and other sanitary-processing industries and provides design, engineering, fabrication, and installation services. The expansion is another example of an existing Marshfield business choosing to continue growing and investing in the community.
