(Mike Leischner, WSAU) A Marshfield man accused of sexually assaulting an underage employee at the Plover Pizza Hut was sentenced to Portage County Court.
According to Mike Leischner with WSAU, court records show Kyle Elkins entered a no contest plea for felony counts of sexual assault through use of force and sexual assault of a child by someone who works with children.
Five additional felony counts were dismissed but read into the record, including multiple charges of third-degree sexual assault. Court records show the 30-year-old forced himself on the victim as the two were working at the restaurant in January 2025.
The victim, who was 17 at the time, said Elkins threatened to fire her if she didn’t engage in sexual contact with him. He’s also accused of pulling a gun on her during one encounter.
During his recent court appearance, he was sentenced to seven years in state prison and five years of extended supervision.
