Clintonville Man Arrested in Clark County for OWI

(WEAU Staff, WEAU) A man is accused of an OWI offense with a child in the vehicle in Clark County, according to WEAU staff.
According to a press release from the Wisconsin State Patrol, on July 21, 2026, at around 8:55 a.m., a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper stopped a vehicle on Highway 29 at County Highway O for a speed violation. The Trooper approached the driver and detected the odor of marijuana and signs of impairment. A 2.5-year-old passenger was in the vehicle.
After further investigation, the driver, identified as 42-year-old Curtis Stramer of Clintonville, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance. Stramer is also accused of possessing marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.
