Clark County UW-Extension Office Invites Youth to Enter First Ever LEGO Contest at the Clark County Fair

In an effort to promote youth by allowing them to show off their creative and problem solving skills, the Clark County UW-Extension Office invites youth to enter the first ever LEGO contest at the Clark County Fair for a chance to win a new LEGO set of your very own.
2026 Theme: “Fair Favorites”- Show us your favorite thing about the fair! Entries may be dropped off at the Fine Arts building at the Extension table by Thursday at 12:00 PM (Extension will always have someone around).
Exhibits will be judged on Thursday afternoon and displayed throughout the fair. They will be released for pickup at 2:00 PM on Sunday of the fair. One prize for each category will be given; prize will be a NEW LEGO set!
Rules:
- Only LEGO or Duplo blocks may be used. Please no Megablox, Tinkertoys, boxes, paper, or any other items that may be used. No use of kits allowed (you may use parts of kits to incorporate), display must be youths’ creativity and design.
- 1 entry per youth allowed
- Display must include a 3x5 card with youth’s name, age, hometown and description of display attached.
Judging will occur sometime on Thursday afternoon and winners will be called and let know they can come get their prize.
Age Categories:
- 3-6 years
- 7-12 years
- 13-18 years
**Don’t have LEGO’s at home?? No problem!**
We will have an area set up with LEGOS for you to borrow to build and create your design as an entry for the contest. We just ask that you do your building while at the LEGO area so we can keep our inventory for future use.
