Registration Open for Children’s Theater Camp from UW-Stevens Point

Registration is open for two summer theatre camps at UW-Stevens Point at Marshfield, offering youth the chance to build confidence, creativity, and performance skills on stage or behind the scenes.

The 19th annual Summer Theatre Camp for ages 11–18 will run weekday evenings July 6–August 15, with performances August 13–15. This year’s production is planned as Disney’s Descendants: The Musical (pending rights), a high-energy show that follows the teenage children of Disney’s most infamous villains. With a wide range of lead and featured roles, the production offers participants plenty of opportunities to shine on stage. Cost is $179 and includes a T-shirt.
