The Highground and Strides Equestrian Holding Workshop for Female Veterans

Monday, June 22nd, 2026 -- 12:00 PM

On September 12, The Highground will have workshops for female Veterans at The Highground and Strides Equestrian (Greenwood, WI).

The event is free for female Veterans. Workshops will be based on activities and education proven to be helpful in managing PTSD/MST as well as creating a day filled with camaraderie and new friendships with female Veterans.

These workshops will include equine therapy, financial security, forest therapy, Veteran benefits and resources, art workshops and more. The day will conclude with all Veterans joining together at The Highground for an evening meal, conversation and celebration on the plaza.
