Florence is the Pet of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by East Valley Veterinarian Clinic located at 2510 Black River Road just North of Neillsville and east of the Black River. (https://eastvalleyvetclinic.net/)

Name: Florence

Age: 1-Year-Old

Breed: Tabby

Meet Florence, the CCHS Pet of the Week! Florence came to CCHS as an abandoned stray from the Arpin area. She was quite pregnant when she came in, and she gave birth to five kittens in a wonderful foster home back in March.

She was a good momma and nurtured her kittens enough to leave the nest, and they have now all been adopted. So now it is Florence's to be loved and doted on! Florence is 1 year and 3 months old and weighs 5.3#.

She is very pretty with a short-haired coat that is Brown Tabby and white, with cute little markings on her nose. Florence is willing to accept all the back and cheek rubs offered.

She is a sweet girl and is ready to become your newest addition and be the baby for a change. Apply today to show her some love! You can submit your adoption application on our website: www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt.

Do you have a love for cats and dogs and have been thinking it would be nice to help out at CCHS? Well, now's your chance! Whether it's a few hours a week, one day a month, or something in between, this is your opportunity to try it out.

We are very much in need of volunteers! You can learn more and sign up on our website: https://www.cchs-petshelter.org/volunteer or email April at [email protected]. Come join our CCHS volunteer family!

You can learn more about, and adopt, Florence, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.
