Over 2,100 Served at Neillsville Chamber of Commerce Dairy Breakfast

There was an incredible showing at the 2026 Neillsville Chamber of Commerce Dairy Breakfast at Echowood Holsteins this past Sunday.

While Mother Nature reminded us a few times that she is ultimately in charge, everyone was still able to enjoy on farm parking, farm tours, a petting zoo, antique tractors, farm equipment, bounce houses, a live performance by Abby Mathis, meet and greet with Pearl herself (whose produced over 420,000 pounds of milk, or 8 semi loads, and closing in on the world record), a delicious breakfast, and most importantly, the opportunity to create lasting memories with family and friends.

Because of your support, the Chamber is excited to announce that they served an official total of 2,108 plates. They thank everyone who attended and helped make this event such a tremendous success.

A special thank you goes out to the volunteers, sponsors, the Neillsville FFA Alumni, Neillsville FFA members, and the host farm, Echowood Holsteins. Events like this take countless hours of planning and many helping hands, and they are incredibly grateful for every person who played a role in bringing this event to life.

The Chamber thanks everyone for coming out to celebrate Wisconsin agriculture and for supporting one of the Chamber's largest community events. Seeing so many people come together to learn about dairy farming, enjoy a great meal, and make memories is what makes all the hard work worthwhile.
