Name: Mesa
Age: 5-Years-Old
Breed: Australian Shepherd
Meet Mesa, the CCHS Pet of the Week! Mesa is a tender souled Australian Shepherd weighing 37.6#. Mesa has a beautiful brown, white, and black tricolor fluffy coat and an even more beautiful heart. She is about 5 years old.
Mesa came to CCHS with two other dogs as a surrender due to too many animals in the home. She is a bit of a chunky monkey, but her tail wags and she smiles as soon as you walk up to her kennel and say hi.
She can be a little shy at first, taking her time to feel safe, but once she trusts you, she melts into affection and soaks up every bit of love offered. Mesa is looking for someone patient, gentle, and kind; someone who understands that the best bonds are the ones built slowly.
With time, she'll become the loyal friend and devoted partner she's meant to be. Come win her heart over and apply today! You can submit your adoption application on our website: www.cchs-petshelter. org/applying-to-adopt.
Do you have a love for cats and dogs and have been thinking it would be nice to help out at CCHS? Well, now's your chance! Whether it's a few hours a week, one day a month, or something in between, this is your opportunity to try it out.
We are very much in need of volunteers! You can learn more and sign up on our website: https://www.cchs- petshelter.org/volunteer or email April at [email protected]. Come join our CCHS volunteer family!
You can learn more about, and adopt, Bart, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.
