Fulcrum Foundation Funds Replacement of Taylor County Sheriff’s Department’s AEDs

The Taylor County Sheriff’s Department would like to thank the Fulcrum Foundation for their generosity in funding the replacement of their Automated External Defibrillators (AED) in all of their marked squad cars.

Each deputy is trained as a 1st Responder which enables them to respond to medical emergencies in the county. Oftentimes first on scene, deputies initiate CPR, attach AED’s, and provide life-saving measures until EMS personnel arrive to provide advanced patient care.

Also, thanks to the Taylor County Health Department for writing the application to receive the funding.
