Governor Evers Announces Funding for Projects Around the State Including Marshfield Police Department Relocation Project

Gov. Tony Evers, together with the Wisconsin Department of Administration (DOA), announced $50 million for 71 projects in communities across Wisconsin funded through the Non-State Grant Program, which was created in the 2023-25 Biennial Budget enacted by Gov. Evers.
This program works to support local infrastructure improvement and community development projects across the state that have a public purpose. These grants will be voted on to be approved at the upcoming Wisconsin State Building Commission meeting, which the governor chairs, on Wed., May 13, 2026.
One of those projects includes $800,000 to the city of Marshfield for the city of Marshfield police department relocation project.
