Thorp FFA Teams Compete for STATE Career Development Events

Thorp FFA had 11 teams competing for STATE Career Development Events and 5 of those teams advanced on to state competition this April 24th at UW-Madison.

Teams must first compete at a regional contest and place in the top 4-6 in order to compete at State. 

• Placing 17 out of 36 teams in the Milk Quality Products event were Misiana R., Hailey C, Greta C, and Elise C.
• Placing 9/30 teams in Poultry were Allie H, Tenley H, Claire P, and Ava B.
• Placing 18/20  (as they were missing a teammate) was Forestry- Aiden H, Makenzie R, and Emma L.
• Placing 19/34 in Wildlife were Gage V, Henry N, Dylan R, and Parker A.
• Placing 1st in Floriculture and advancing on to National in Indianapolis were Lily S, Azaria S, Anna C, and Samantha B.
