The City of Marshfield Board of Public Works met on April 21 and approved several items related to City operations, equipment replacement, infrastructure assessments, and the Police Department renovation project at Wildwood Plaza.
The Board approved the purchase of two replacement vehicles through the City’s 701 Internal Service Fund. One vehicle will replace a Street Division truck used by the sign department, and the second will replace a Parks and Recreation maintenance vehicle.
The Board also approved final special assessments for the 2025 Asphalt Paving Program, including several alleys and street segments completed in 2025. Staff reported the final assessment rates came in lower than the original estimates.
In addition, the Board approved a policy revision to align internal service fund purchases with the City’s procurement procedures and authorized staff to solicit bids for precast concrete panels for the Police Department renovation project at Wildwood Plaza.
