Marshfield High School HOSA: Future Health Professional Have Successful State Leadership Conference

The Marshfield High School HOSA: Future Health Professionals wrapped up another very successful State Leadership Conference in the Wisconsin Dells.
Twenty-five members competed in a variety of events, participated in breakout sessions focused on leadership and the future of medicine, made valuable connections at the Expo, enjoyed some friendly competition during the Anatomy Tournament, and watched the UW–Med Flight crew land.
Eight Marshfield students earned top three finishes in their events and now have the opportunity to represent MHS at the HOSA International Leadership Conference in Indianapolis this June.
- Mikayla S. received special recognition for her outstanding dedication to volunteering and advanced in Sports Medicine.
- Cade D., Lucas S., Roshan S., and Saket K. secured a spot in the HOSA Bowl.
- Katie W. advanced in Math for Health Professional.
- Naomi B. earned a top score in Health Care Issues.
- And Maggie M. achieved an outstanding result on her Occupational Safety and Health exam.
