North 8th Street Improvement in Black River Falls Begin May 11th

North 8th Street improvements in Black River Falls are scheduled to begin on or around May 11, 2026.

North 8th Street, from W. Adams Street north to the city limits, will be reconstructed with new curb and gutter and approximately four inches of new asphalt pavement. During construction, on-street parking will be prohibited. Temporary overnight disruptions to driveway access may occur during street demolition and curb and gutter installation.

Residents are encouraged to plan accordingly. North 8th Street will be closed daily, with occasional overnight closures possible. The public is advised to use alternative routes during this construction project.
