Thorp Students Selected to Perform for the WSMA State Honors Music Project

On Saturday, February 7, Thorp students auditioned for the WSMA HS State Honors Music Project at UW-Eau Claire.

Over 1,300 students from across the state of Wisconsin auditioned for this opportunity, but only 430 students were accepted to perform in one of the five ensembles: Band, Mixed Choir, Treble Choir, Jazz Ensemble, and Orchestra.

The Thorp School District is excited to congratulate Elliot Cox (Treble Choir) and Chaselee Swope (Band) on their acceptances into these ensembles, as well as Hailey Ciolkosz, who was selected as a prioritized alternate for the Choirs.
