Missy is the Pet of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by East Valley Veterinarian Clinic located at 2510 Black River Road just North of Neillsville and east of the Black River. (https://eastvalleyvetclinic.net/)

Name: Missy

Age: 5-Years-Old

Breed:

Meet Missy, the CCHS Pet of the Week! Missy came to CCHS as a stray back in November. This sweet girl is about 5 years and 8 months old and weighs roughly 42.4# currently. Missy has a short-haired coat that is black with white.

Missy is a high spirited girl who loves lots of lovin'! This pretty girl is nothing but smiles and tail wags when it comes to being loved on! You would never believe she's over 5 years old because of how much she loves to run and play.

She would do best with a fenced in yard as she can be rather excitable when it comes to outside time. Missy would love to be the only dog in her new home as she would much rather not share her people.

We aren't entirely certain what her exact breed makeup is, but we can tell you she is 100% Snuggable House Hippo! With any rescue, training and socialization are incredibly important to the success of the dog. Apply for Missy today!

Right now we have an April Adoption Special going on at CCHS! For the month of April, most of our adult dogs have an adoption fee of $100. That's right, you could adopt a great dog like Missy for just $100! We simply want these amazing, loveable dogs to find their furever homes.

Regular adoption policies and procedures still apply.  The participating dogs are shown on our website, cchs-petshelter.org, where you can also submit your adoption application. So check them out and apply to adopt your new friend today!

You can learn more about, and adopt, Herman, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.
