Local School Districts Receive Tools Donation From Chippewa Valley Homebuilder's Foundation

(WEAU, WEAU Staff) Wednesday night in the Chippewa Valley, a local nonprofit supported students going into the skilled trades and they did it with massive donations to local tech ed programs.

According to WEAU staff, some of those schools include Augusta School District, Cadott Community High School, Stanley-Boyd High School, and Thorp High School. The Chippewa Valley Homebuilder’s Foundation awarded $8,000 worth of tools to schools across western Wisconsin.

These tools can be replacements for old, outdated equipment, or they can be something brand new. Organizers say every program they help has different needs.
