Thor is the Pet of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by East Valley Veterinarian Clinic located at 2510 Black River Road just North of Neillsville and east of the Black River. (https://eastvalleyvetclinic.net/)

Name: Thor

Age: 1-Year-Old

Breed: Red Heeler Mix

Meet Thor, the CCHS Pet of the Week! Thor came to CCHS as an owner surrender after his owner had to take on caring for their family member. This handsome Red Heeler mix is about 1 year old and weighs roughly 28.5# currently.

He has a short-haired red and white coat with lots of speckles and perky ears. He always seems to have a happy expression on his face and gets along great with everybody he meets!

Thor is just a total loverboy! He has a friendly demeanor and is down for any adventure! Thor would benefit from an active family that can help burn off some of that energy he has!

With any rescue, training and socialization are incredibly important to the success of the dog. Apply for Thor today! You can submit your adoption application on our website: www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt.

Do you have a love for cats and dogs and have been thinking it would be nice to help out at CCHS? Well, now's your chance! Whether it's a few hours a week, one day a month, or something in between, this is your opportunity to try it out.

We are very much in need of volunteers! You can learn more and sign up on our website: https://www.cchs-petshelter.org/volunteer or email April at [email protected]. Come join our CCHS volunteer family!

You can learn more about, and adopt, Thor, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.
