Name: Oscar
Age: 2-Years-Old
Breed: Mixed Breed
Meet Oscar, the CCHS Pet of the Week! Oscar came to CCHS as an owner surrender after his owner had unfortunately passed. This handsome mixed breed is about 2 years old and weighs roughly 61# currently.
Oscar is so very handsome with his short-haired brindle and white coat with perky ears and a stubby little tail. Even though he's been through lots of changes recently, Oscar has kept his positive attitude.
In fact, Oscar is a total goofball! He admittedly will do just about anything to be told he's a good boy! We aren't entirely certain what his exact breed makeup is, but we can tell you he is 100% North American House Hippo!
With any rescue, training and socialization are incredibly important to the success of the pup. Apply for Oscar today! You can submit your adoption application on our website: www.cchs-petshelter. org/applying-to-adopt.
Do you have a love for cats and dogs and have been thinking it would be nice to help out at CCHS? Well, now's your chance! Whether it's a few hours a week, one day a month, or something in between, this is your opportunity to try it out. We are very much in need of volunteers!
You can learn more and sign up on our website: https://www.cchs- petshelter.org/volunteer or email April at [email protected]. Come join our CCHS volunteer family!
You can learn more about, and adopt, Oscar, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.
