Marshfield Student Selected as One of 500 National Semi-Finalists in Most Valuable Student Scholarship Competition

The Marshfield School District has announced that Lauren B has been selected as one of only 500 National Semi-Finalists in the Elks National Foundation’s Most Valuable Student Scholarship competition.

This distinction places her among the top applicants nationwide from a pool of more than 23,000 students. As a National Semi-Finalist, Lauren is guaranteed a minimum scholarship award of $4,000, $1,000 annually, through the Elks National Foundation.

She now advances to the next stage of the competition, where Semi-Finalists are considered for one of the Top 20 National Finalist awards of $30,000.
