Wood County Health Department invites community members to share feedback on how they receive and interact with information.

The goal of the survey is to improve future communication and outreach efforts. The quick, five-minute survey is now open and can be completed at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/VF6BM23 until March 20th. All responses are anonymous. After completing the survey, you can enter to win a $50 Visa Gift card.
