Thorp FFA Members Have Record Year at Recent Competition

It was a record year for Thorp FFA with 19 students competing and 9 coming back with 1st place in the recent competition.

• Competing in Parliamentary Procedure and taking 3rd place-  Hailey Ciolkosz, Jaden Ciolkosz, Keira Corcoran, Emilia Mia, Ella Ewings, Claire Wright;
• Competing in Job Interview- Jaelyn Waichulis and Josie Vetterkind;
• Competing in Discussion Meet- Kallie Penk;
• Competing in Prepared Speech - Brent Abramczak, taking 1st place with his speech "Integrity in Agriculture- Do it Right the First Time";
• Competing in Creed Speaking - Emilia Mai and Kiera Corcoran. Kiera took first place.;
• Competing in Extemporaneous Speaking- Ella Ewings and Maddie Haas. Madi received a first place;
• Competing in Middle School Quizbowl- Thorp Team 2: Elise Ciolkosz, Misaina Rajaofera, Izaak Penterman, & Hayden Penk. Team 1:1 Collin Wright, Tenley Haas, Adalynn Foster, Makenzie Rosemeyer and Greta Ciolkosz. Team 1 placed first.
