Man Arrested for Possession and Other Charges in the Township of Mentor

On February 10, 2026, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office along with several other agencies executed a search warrant in the Township of Mentor, Humbird, WI.
This search warrant was the result of an ongoing drug investigation conducted by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office and the West Central Drug Task Force. The task force is a multijurisdictional group of officers dedicated to investigating drug activity.
Throughout the investigation, Roy A. Pyka was identified as an individual to be selling methamphetamine and scheduled narcotics. As a result of the search warrant, Pyka and three other individuals were taken into custody. These individuals were taken into custody for different criminal charges, depending on their involvement in the investigation.
Some of the criminal charges include:
- Manufacturing and Delivery of Methamphetamine
- Manufacturing and Delivery of a Schedule Narcotic
- Possession with Intent Methamphetamine
- Possession with Intent THC
- Possession of Methamphetamine
- Possession of Cocaine
- Maintain Drug Trafficking Place
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Felony Bail Jumping
- Possession of THC
- Receiving Stolen Property greater than $10,000
During a search of the residence, law enforcement located and seized numerous items of drug paraphernalia, methamphetamine, cocaine, THC and a stolen vehicle. Multiple individuals located on the property had outstanding felony warrants for their arrest.
The case was referred to the Clark County District Attorney’s Office for charges. All individuals involved in the case are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
This was a joint investigation, and the Clark County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank all assisting agencies for their support which included the West Central Drug Task Force, Eau Claire County Sheriff's Office, Wisconsin Division of Criminal Investigation, Trempealeau County Emergency Response Team and the Clark County Emergency Response Team.
